Notice is hereby given that the 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Fellows of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists will be reconvened, as we did not reach a quorum at the AGM scheduled on Monday, 13 November. The reconvened AGM will be held at the below time and date, and will be conducted as a hybrid meeting.

Where: Djeembana, 1 Bowen Crescent, Melbourne 3004


Attending online

Our reconvened AGM will be hosted online with meeting provider AGMConvene, a secure platform where you can find everything you need for the meeting in one place.

If you have already registered with AGMConvene for the original AGM, you will not need to register again to watch the live AGM webcast (on the day of the AGM) and participate in live voting.

All Fellows eligible to vote can participate in the live voting.

Nominate a proxy online (must be submitted by 4:00pm on Tuesday 14 November 2023)

Alternate access

If you are a Fellow who does not wish to use the AGMConvene platform or you cannot attend the live AGM and vote, there is an alternate way to access the documents and nominate a proxy to vote on your behalf (only a Fellow may be appointed as your proxy).

Log into your Integrate profile to view the Notice of AGM, the proposed changes to the Constitution, and download a proxy voting form; you will find the documents under the Resources tab.

If you are using the PDF proxy voting form, please email your completed form to the Secretary at ceo@ranzcog.edu.au by 4:00pm on Tuesday 14 November 2023.
