The mini传媒入口 Board invites all Fellows to voice their opinions on proposed constitutional changes aimed at enhancing inclusion, governance, and compliance with key regulatory recommendations.

As an organisation, it鈥檚 crucial that we continually review and update our Constitution to ensure it reflects current practices and effectively addresses the College’s operational realities.

The key areas of the proposed change are:

mini传媒入口 council committee name update: Name change from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Women鈥檚 Health Committee to First Nations Women鈥檚 Health Committee

Delegated powers: Amendments to clauses 5 and 6 reflecting the delegated power to recommend suspension and/or termination to the relevant Committees

Rectification of 2023 amendments: Addressing the creation of Retired Certificant

Member consultation: Inclusion of the right of the Diplomates/Associates to be consulted for matters affecting their membership class.

The proposed changes were approved-in-principle by the mini传媒入口 Board and Council at the July 2024 Board and Council meetings.

You can review a marked-up version of the Constitution along with an appendix providing background and explanations of the proposed amendments in Integrate using the links below (username and password required).
