About
Clinical Education mini传媒入口 (CET) has been developed to support Fmini传媒入口 trainees, Fellows and members who are interested in becoming clinical educators, as well as those already involved in the training/teaching and education of others in the workplace.
Participants will consider how components of the CET can be applied to their own teaching/training context and reflect on their own personal strengths and weaknesses as an educator.
The CET is presented in two parts: CET Part 1 and CET Part 2.
Aims
The aim of the CET is to introduce participants to principles of adult learning theory and strategies that support teaching and learning in different environments.
The program will also introduce principles for evaluation, appraisal and assessment, and provide information for mini传媒入口 training and assessment documentation and systems.
CET Part 1
Clinical Education mini传媒入口 鈥 Part 1 introduces learners to the principles of adult learning theory and strategies that support teaching and learning in the clinical environment.
Audience: the CET Part 1 is聽mandatory聽for Fmini传媒入口 advanced trainees, Subspecialty mini传媒入口 Supervisors and suitable for others involved in teaching or training in the clinical workplace.
Duration: approximately 4.5 hours.

CET Part 2
Clinical Education mini传媒入口 鈥 Part 2 focuses on principles and strategies to support those involved in the education and training of others in the workplace.
Audience: the CET Part 2 is mandatory for Fmini传媒入口 and subspecialty training supervisors, and suitable for others involved in supporting the education and training of trainees in the clinical workplace.
Duration: approximately 2 hours.
