Policy
The Reinstatement to the Register of Certificate Holders, Associates (Procedural) or Associates (Advanced Procedural) Policy applies to previously-registered mini传媒入口 Certificants or Associates (Procedural or Advanced Procedural) who are currently practicing and would like to be reinstated to the Register.
A mini传媒入口 Certificant or Associate (Procedural or Advanced Procedural) may have been removed from the register for a variety of reasons such as:
resigned or removed from the Register due to unfinancial status;
resigned or removed from the Register due to non-completion of women鈥檚 reproductive health requirements;
no longer practicing intrapartum care/shared care; or
travelling/working overseas for a period of time.

Note: Applicants must hold current medical registration with either the Medical Board of Australia or the Medical Council of New Zealand. Applicants who hold non-practicing medical registration are not eligible for reinstatement to the Register.
Procedure
To be considered for reinstatement to the Certificate, Associate (Procedural) or Associate (Advanced Procedural) Register, please complete the online form for your region (the form includes payment of the application fee):

The reinstatement application fee is required to be paid before the TAR Subcommittee will consider your application.
